our ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe, however, washing by hand whenever possible will extend the life of your new piece.

shipping

for pieces listed as ‘ready to ship’, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and fulfill your order. you will receive tracking information as soon as the order has been shipped. all items are shipped priority mail via USPS.

we are unable to offer international shipping through our website at the moment. however, if you live outside of the States and wish to purchase a piece, please contact us directly. we would be happy to calculate international shipping costs for you on an individual basis

packaging

all of our packaging is 100% recyclable (including the tape!). we took great care to source plastic-free, post-consumer recycled materials. each piece is individually wrapped in a corrugated paper product and reinforced with additional fill to ensure a safe delivery.

returns

if your piece arrives damaged or broken, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item to coordinate a refund or exchange.

once you receive your purchase, we allow a brief window to change your mind. if you find that the piece does not suit you, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery (per the tracking information). you are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. we want to stress that you bear responsibility for the product returning to us in new, unused condition. contact us for instructions on shipping the item back to us. refunds will be issued only after the items are received.
